Coach Desk helps online chess coaches manage bookings, lesson reports and monthly statements. This page explains what we do with data.

What we store

Coach accounts (name, email, WhatsApp number), and the data each coach enters: students, bookings, reports, curriculum and settings. Each coach sees only their own data.

Google account

When a coach connects Google, Coach Desk uses it only for that coach: to read and add sessions in the calendar they choose, to tick and add tasks in the task list they choose, and to upload session recordings to Drive folders the coach picks (Coach Desk can only see files it created or that the coach picked). Recordings go from the coach's browser straight to their Drive; they are not stored on our server. Google data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising, and the coach can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the saved connection.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
